Where do you ship from?

We ship all of our products from San Diego, CA.

Where are you located?

We are an online store only, our offices are located at 1740 Robinson Avenue, San Diego, CA 92103.

Where are your products made?

Our serums are made at our state-of-the-art facility in China. They go through rigorous testing to make sure they contain the purest ingredients only. The serums are then shipped to our warehouse in San Diego.

Do you have a US contact phone number?

We only interact with our customers through our 24/7 Facebook messenger live chat or by email at hello@serumbeautyshop.com. All emails are read and all get a reply within 1 business day. Please provide your order number or your first and last name so we can better assist you.

How long is shipping?

Expect your order within 3 business days after the day you have placed your order. Rarely, your order could take up to 1 week to arrive. It happens during exceptional high sales volumes weeks. You will get a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped and you will be notified via email on the status of your order every steps of the way. Make sure you have entered a correct email address.

Is shipping free?

We only ship using express shipping and we cover 95% of the cost. You only pay $3.95 per shipment.

Do your products really work?

Simply put, YES! And if you are not satisfied with your results, you have 60 days to get a full refund! (minus shipping cost), with no hassle!

Should I subscribe or not? How many bottles should I use until I see results?

We recommend using the product for at least 3 months to see amazing results. With a skin regime of twice a day, one bottle will last a month. We recommend continuing using the product to see long lasting results. With subscription, you will never run out as your serum will be delivered to your door each month, so you don’t have to worry about ordering over and over again on our website. You can cancel anytime by contacting customer service.

How to cancel my subscription?

Very easy. Just send an email to hello@serumbeautyshop.com with your order number or your first and last name. We will cancel your subscription for you within 1 day.

What is your return policy if any?

You have 60 days from the date of first purchase to get a full refund minus shipping. All you have to do is to send an email to hello@serumbeautyshop.com with your first and last name asking to get a refund. We will send you the instructions to get your refund. We ask for all the bottles back, even if they are empty. You must send your package back using a tracking number to 1740 Robinson avenue suite 10, san Diego 91203. Email us your tracking number as soon as you get it. You will receive your refund as soon as your package is delivered to our office. Shipping is not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping when your return the merchandise. No refund will be issued after 60 days from date of first purchase or if you don’t return all the bottles. If you didn’t use tracking and we do not receive your return order, you will not get a refund. Tracking acts as evidence we received your return package.
